General

Originally from Ohio, I grew up and spent a good portion of my adult life in Phoenix, AZ - which is where I started my real estate career. Moving to the Seattle, WA suburbs in 1986, I've lived in the Greater East King County since then, the majority of that time in Kirkland, WA. My career here includes several years in residential mortgage lending, sales & marketing at a local medical device manufacturer, and a return to the profession and career that is my love – real estate. Not many people can honestly say that they love what they do for a living. Assisting, counseling, negotiating for my clients with some of the most important decisions in their lives is a pleasure beyond explanation. An additional reward is the trust and confidence expressed by my clients by referral of family, friends, neighbors and co-workers for their real estate needs.

First time buyer? Not sure of where to start, how much you can afford to buy? Even if you've read all the latest books and taken home buying/real estate classes - there is no substitute for the "real world" experience. I take pride in helping you feel comfortable along the entire process. The best part is handing over your OWN new keys!
